Winter 2025 Little League Clinics
Little League 2-Week Spring Training!
4 hours of Little League instruction with Maine baseball coaching staff and players. Saturday, February 1st, and Saturday, February 8th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Mahaney Dome.
Open to all skill levels and ages 12U. We will be doing skills, drills, and basic instruction to improve your baseball skills! We will play some games and get your player to play in the spring.
What to bring/wear:
Baseball pants
Hat
Glove
Bat (if have)
Helmet (if have one)
Cleats (if have, if not sneakers)
Water bottle
Winter 2025 High School Live at Bats
Get Ready for Pitchers and Catchers with High School Live at Bats
Live at-bats are hosted in the pavilion. They will be hosted on Monday nights starting starting on February 3rd and ending on March 3rd. Each player (pitcher & hitter) will receive a Rapsodo profile and a coach's analysis of that data.
Each session lasts two hours, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Pitchers are gradually built up, throwing 25 pitches the first week and ending up with 50 pitches. Hitters get a minimum of six live at-bats a session.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This will only occur if there are a total of 8 pitchers 3 catchers and 12 in total players minimum. If we do not get to this threshold, players will be refunded their money in full. Get your high school teammates to join you!
